Closed-cell PE foam
Ultralon closed cell chemically cross-linked foams are manufactured from polyethylene (PE), or a high-tech blended copolymer.
The fine cell structure ensures minimal water absorption and excellent chemical resistance.
Ultralon foams are produced in the form of moulded buns, and then they are trimmed to size and thickness. No chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) products or their derivatives are used in the manufacturing process, and no fillers are added to foams either.
Tape 3M
The back layer of foam panels is covered with the glue of M3 leading brand, owing to which installation of panels is very easy and does not involve any extra glue costs.
Temperature impact
There is a difference in high temperatures resistance between VENDECK PE140 and EVA foam products of competitive manufacturers.
